Here are the major classes you can have, what they'd be as a modern-day profession, and what kind of Pokemon you could have.

Knights (Gym Leaders)
Pokemon: Any Pokemon, besides legendary, and make sure it's not like "LVL 100 Gyrados, LVL 100 Tyranitar ect ect.)
